Every mover offers a 'free estimate.' Ours is worth more because the rate card behind it is public, so the estimate isn't a sales pitch, it's arithmetic you can check. Five minutes by phone for most moves; a free in-person walk-through for the big ones.

Three Kinds of Estimate, All Free

  • For most apartments and smaller homes: addresses, size, stairs, named pieces, and date. Patrick and Amy price it on the call, based on the published card: $150.35 to $263.15 per hour by crew size, with a 3-hour minimum, and the travel from our Hillsboro yard shown plainly.

  • For larger homes, estates, old houses, and anything with a tricky driveway: Patrick walks the rooms, names the pieces, solves the truck position, and explains the crew plan with the numbers beside it. No charge, no obligation, and the date locks nothing; there are no deposits to lose.

  • Moves past the metro and mid-valley quote by mileage and weight, in writing, before we load. The number you approve is the number you pay.

  • The crew size, named and justified: never padded to inflate the hourly rate

  • The hourly rate or written quote, matching the public card

  • The travel line, GPS-honest, both directions

  • Pack-day options at $56.40 per hour per packer, if they'd save you money
